LOOKS
Straight upfront new GSX13R got all new LED/projecter head light setup with beautifully integrated LED indicators with air intakes, all this does enhance the quick character of this bike. From side it looks fast while stand still, it got fairing all through its body and Hayabusa written in Japanese in each side, meanwhile Suzuki used a chrome part in the leg area very cleverly that giving thr bike a muscular look, and ends up with massive exhaust pipes on both the sides. The rear part of the bike is a bit polarizing as seen in photos but it should look nice in real with dual tip exhaust and LED tail lights with integrated indicators.
SPECIFICATIONS
In terms of specs it got a 1340 cc 4 stroke, 4 stroke DOHC unit with liquid cooling carry forwarded from the previous one and with slight revisions and making it complaint with emission norms, now this engine produces Max power of 190ps @9700 RPM and Max torque of 150Nm @7000 RPM. Carry forwarded with a 6-speed manual transmission with quick-shifter and slipper-clutch. The overall weight of this beast is 264 kg
It also got dual channel ABS with dual brake disc both at the front and at rear.
Features
In terms of features it got Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS) with 3 modes A, B and C with alters engines power delivery like; A-sport , B- city , C-economy and assisted with 10 levels of traction control, wheelie control, cornering control and cruise control.
It also got a 5 inch TFT display for info and 2 analog gauges for speedometer and for tachometer. with engine temperature and fuel indicator. Meanwhile it got a 21 liters of fuel tank and can give up to 17-20 Km/h depending on your driving style.
The top speed of this beast is 299 Km/h (resticted). However it is a super bike which can use for touring too.
